THE FAITH DIRECTION
Displaying the four pathways with God being our holy center throughout the course of the Faith Direction implementation.
This is God's
Idea: it was birthed in prayer.
“More things are wrought by prayer than this world dreams of.”
-Sir Alfred Lord Tennyson
In the first quarter of 2020, the pandemic notwithstanding, we put together 6 working groups. involving over 100 laborers and leaders from across the entire region to listen to the Lord. Their output was studied, prayed over, and compiled.
We believe that the faith direction captures the direction the Lord wants us to pursue, the spirit in which He wants us to do it, and the four pathways we should follow to attain it.
Pioneering 10 new African countries and training and deploying 762 new laborers: This is what we are trusting God for in the next 10 years. We want to have a ministry presence in the majority of Africa. We realize that this is not a simple undertaking, but God has compelled us to Go, and we are saying yes to him. With God as our Holy center, we are going at it together, and we are changing the spiritual landscape of Africa.

Training, developing, and thoroughly equipping laborers and leaders while we trust God to bring more who are willing to be sent and to go.
Going into the unreached nations
Prioritizing and implementing the plans to send more missionaries into the unreached contexts and people groups within and beyond Africa.
Improving financial & institutional strength
Growing our national ministries administratively as well as financially in order to ensure sustainability and congruence.
About the Navigators
What We Do
The Navigators is a ministry that shares the gospel of Jesus and helps people grow in their relationship with Him through Life-to-Life® discipleship, creating spiritual generations of believers. Since its founding in 1933, The Navigators has upheld the mission “To know Christ, make Him known, and help others do the same®.”
The Navigators is focused on developing disciples person-by-person-by-person and encouraging spiritual growth across life stages. A disciple is someone who believes in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, intentionally learns from Him, and strives to live more like Him. Discipleship means intentionally helping people learn from and live more like Christ by praying with them, spending time together in His Word, walking alongside them in everyday life, and equipping them to do the same with others. God is transforming lives through these spiritual generations.
To share the gospel and disciple all people in all places, The Navigators includes a wide variety of ministries and a broad family of missionaries, supporters, and volunteers. The Navigators reaches and disciples people in need of the gospel where they work, live, worship, and play.
