The IA-25 conference is a large-scale event that requires significant resources for:
- Travel and accommodation subsidies for emerging leaders and laborers.
- Conference logistics, venue costs, and workshop facilitation.
- Conference content study materials development and production.
- Supporting mission efforts beyond the conference to ensure lasting impact.
The current estimated number of expected participating Navigator Laborers is 625. Each of these needs over $2,000 to participate in the conference. That amount covers the conference fees, accommodation for the 4 days, travel to and from their country, travel insurance, transfers, and dinners for the 4 days.
We would like to subsidize the above costs for the laborers. Therefore, we are looking to raise $375,000 by February 2025
